Course Overview

The Bachelor in Montessori Teachers Training (BMT) program at BPR College of Allied Health Science, Vellore, is a 4-year undergraduate course (3 years academic + 1-year internship) designed to prepare students to become skilled and compassionate Montessori educators. This program is based on the philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, emphasizing child-centered education, experiential learning, and holistic development. Students are trained in early childhood education, classroom management, teaching methodology, child psychology, and creative curriculum planning for preschool and primary levels.
Through practical classroom sessions, observation, and hands-on teaching practice, students gain the confidence and competence to nurture young learners with care, creativity, and educational excellence.
