Course Overview

The Bachelor in Acupuncture Science (BAS) program at BPR College of Allied Health Science, Vellore, is a 4-year undergraduate course (3 years academic + 1-year internship) designed to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on training in the field of Acupuncture and Traditional Healing Therapies.
The program blends the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and modern anatomy, physiology, and pathology, offering a scientific understanding of acupuncture as a therapeutic system. Students learn the art and science of diagnosing ailments and restoring health through natural energy balance and stimulation of specific body points.
