Course Overview

The Bachelor in Fashion Technology & Apparel Design (BFTAD) program at BPR College of Allied Health Science, Vellore, is a 4-year undergraduate degree (3 years academic + 1-year internship) that combines creativity, technology, and business to shape the next generation of fashion professionals.
This program offers comprehensive training in fashion design, garment construction, textile science, pattern making, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), and apparel production management. Students learn to conceptualize, design, and produce innovative fashion collections while gaining a deep understanding of the fashion industry, trends, and market dynamics.
Through practical workshops, studio projects, and internships, students develop hands-on expertise in fabric selection, draping, garment fitting, and fashion illustration, preparing them for dynamic careers in the apparel and lifestyle sectors.
